RELOADABLE CARD

What is a reloadable card ?

This is the physical support of your pass.

The reloadable card is mandatory and available for 2 €.

You can reload it with the long number which have the following format :

01 - 1614 xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx - x 

You can use the card from Les 2 Alpes or other resorts using the same kind of card.

You can find below our tips for recharging your card and ordering several days while you do not have a card.

Where to reload your card ?

• At the offices : present your reloadable card to the host or hostess

• On the automatic kiosks at Skipass Express of Diable office and Central office and at Venosc gondola, Super Venosc gondola and Mont-de-Lans Info point

• On the tablets in our partners shops and My Space

 Follow the instructions, valid your payment and go skiing !

 Reloadable cards and multi-day order

You want to order several days in specials, but you do not have reloadable cards. The site then offers the purchase of cards for each selected day.

Our advice to avoid accumulating the purchase of cards for each day:

• Make a first order with just 1 day of ski and awithdrawal point (not on terminals) or home delivery
• Contact our Customer Service on 04 76 79 75 01 on the opening hours with your order confirmation number
• We will process your order in priority and you will receive the assigned card numbers
• Then place your next orders stating that you have cards and you can reload on the same cards

Attention, if you decide not to wait to contact us in order to benefit from a promo and to buy cards on all the days bought, the reloadable cards will not be refunded.
